NCCI continually researches and refines its manuals, classifications, rules, policy forms, guidelines and other underwriting-related products. NCCI’s Underwriting Committee meets to provide a technical industry perspective regarding proposed changes to the national system of workers compensation rules, rating plans, programs, classifications, policy forms, and other general underwriting considerations. The meetings are exclusively for NCCI affiliates and independent bureaus. However, registration is required and is available online now.
Online meeting agendas and minutes are also available free of charge to NCCI affiliates, regulators, and independent bureaus.
NCCI holds State Advisory Forums throughout the year. These events help us share crucial information with workers compensation system stakeholders.
The content of each forum will be tailored to the state where the meeting is held. There is no charge to attend these forums, but reservations are required. You are welcome to attend the forum for every state where you are writing or involved in workers compensation insurance.
Unless otherwise noted in the registration, all State Advisory Forums take place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with a continental breakfast at 8:30.
