Affiliate Services Executives (ASEs) are the primary executive contacts who work closely with NCCI-affiliated workers compensation insurance companies. ASEs communicate with affiliates regarding NCCI's affiliation program, introduce NCCI services and tools, and resolve issues. The
Account Managers (AMs) support the ASEs by developing strategic service plans, handle issues, and maintain affiliate accounts. NCCI affiliates are assigned to ASE/AM regions by home office location. |
