Rhonda Lohmar is an Affiliate Services Executive working primarily in the Midwest and Western regions. Lohmar brings more than 30 years of insurance industry experience and a record of leadership, strategic partnership, and operational excellence to her role. Prior to joining NCCI, Lohmar served in senior underwriting leadership positions at QBE. Her career also includes leadership roles with CNA, Travelers, and AXIS, where she led diverse business portfolios—including workers compensation—while building strong customer relationships and driving collaboration across organizations.
In addition to her extensive technical expertise, she is widely recognized for developing high-performing teams, fostering meaningful partnerships, and delivering results through thoughtful, people-centered leadership.
Lohmar graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a bachelor of science in business administration.
