Registration Information
Q: When can I register for
AIS 2026?
A: Early registration for defined stakeholders will open on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. Registration for the general public will open on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. If you have any questions, contact NCCI's Customer Service at 800-NCCI-123 (622-4123), option 7.
Q: How much does it cost to attend?
A: The registration fee for affiliates is $1,295 and the fee for non-affiliates is $1,795. If you are unsure of your affiliation status, please contact NCCI's Customer Service at 800-NCCI-123 (622-4123), option 7.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted for registration?
A: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express are the only forms of payment accepted. Payment must be made at the time of registration.
Q: What is included in the attendee registration fee?
A: The
AIS 2026 registration fee includes access to all
AIS sessions, meals, and various networking events, including one dinner and a welcome reception.
Q: Can I bring a guest?
A: Yes. The registration fee for
AIS 2026 is $450 per guest. This fee includes all receptions and meals but does not provide access to program sessions. The primary registrant should add the guest during the registration process.
"Guest" refers to a spouse, significant other, or other relation who does not have a business or related industry interest in the conference. Business associates, colleagues, or individuals attending
AIS for business or networking purposes are not eligible for guest registration.
Q: After completing registration, will I receive a confirmation email?
A: Yes. After you complete the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include a receipt of payment and a link to book your hotel. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder for an email from
NCCI_Programs@ncci.com.
Q: Where can I view my registration information?
A: To view your registration information click
here and select "already registered.” You will need to enter your email address and registration confirmation number. If you do not have your registration confirmation number, click "forgot your confirmation number."
Q: Will I receive a paid receipt?
A: Yes. After you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include a receipt of payment. The email will be sent from
NCCI_Programs@ncci.com.
Q: I did not receive my payment receipt. How do I receive a copy?
A: First, check your spam folder for an email from
NCCI_Programs@ncci.com. If you still did not receive it, contact NCCI's Customer Service at 800-NCCI-123 (622-4123), option 7 and request a copy of your receipt.
Q: How do I modify my registration?
A: To modify your registration click
here and select "already registered." You will need to enter your email address and registration confirmation number. If you do not have your registration confirmation number, click "forgot your confirmation number."
Q: How do I transfer my registration to someone else?
A: Registrations cannot be transferred. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your registration. Please refer to the cancellation policy for further details.
Q: What is the refund/cancellation policy?
A: We understand that individual situations occur that may require you to cancel your registration. NCCI's cancellation and refund policy are as follows:
- Cancellations made on or before
April 24, 2026, are eligible for a full refund of registration fees paid
- Cancellations made between
April 25, 2026, and
May 1, 2026, are eligible for a refund of the registration fees, however a $150 processing fee will be deducted
- Cancellations made after
May 1, 2026, including event no-shows, are not eligible for a refund
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for registration.
Q: How do I cancel my registration?
A: To cancel your registration click

If you cancel your registration, please note that this does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. You will need to cancel your hotel reservation separately.

Q: What is the weather like in Orlando in May?
A: Temperatures in Central Florida can range from the high 80s at the peak of day to the high 60s in the evening. It is normal to experience rain this time of year. It is advisable to plan for warmer weather and keep hydrated while outdoors.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: NCCI recommends business casual attire for
AIS sessions and casual attire for the networking and dinner event on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

A: NCCI has a negotiated discounted room rate for
AIS 2026 of $299 per night at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes over the course of the following dates: May 11–13, 2026. The rate does not include taxes and fees.
Q: What is the process to book a hotel reservation at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes?
A: Hotel reservations within the
AIS room block are only available to registered event attendees. You will receive the reservation link for the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes once you have completed your conference registration. We suggest that you make your hotel reservation as soon as you complete your
AIS registration.

A: Orlando International Airport (MCO) is located 10 miles from the hotel property. The hotel does not provide shuttle service.

A: No. The JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes does not provide a shuttle to/from the airport. Taxis and ride-sharing options are available at airport and hotel locations.
Q: Can I get an Uber/Lyft ride at the airport? Where are the pick-up/drop-off locations?
A: Yes, both Uber and Lyft supply drivers to/from the airport. Passenger pick-up is at the arrivals curb on level 2 at Orlando International Airport (MCO).
