What is Indemnity data?
Indemnity data includes all workers compensation claims for which an indemnity payment has been made or indemnity reserve established. It is the compensation (lost time from work) portion of the claim, based on the jurisdiction state.

Indemnity Data Collection—Enables you to report and view the status of your Indemnity data submissions to NCCI. This tool also allows you to monitor the quality and completeness of your submissions from receipt through each level of editing. Additionally, you may generate a report of your search results.

Data Transfer via the Internet (DTVI)—Is a Web-based tool for reporting your data. You can also use this tool to receive error and submission reports and track your data files sent to and from NCCI.

Data Manager Dashboard (DMD)—Provides you with a view to the Carrier Data Quality Report Program (Carrier Report Card), which includes the Indemnity Addendum. This addendum provides you with your company’s Indemnity Data Call reporting results.
