Our Finance Team

At NCCI, we understand that disciplined financial management is the backbone of any successful company. Our Finance Team is dedicated to maintaining the fiscal integrity of our organization, with a focus on rigorous financial planning, accurate and transparent financial reporting, and maintenance of a strong compliance and control environment.

Our Finance Team is comprised of four key areas:

Finance & Accounting Operations

 

Responsible for managing NCCI’s financial records and statements, developing and monitoring annual financial plans, overseeing the Reinsurance Pools and Residual Market Accounting, managing company-wide procurement, optimizing financial systems and processes, and maintaining corporate-wide business continuity plans.

Internal Audit

Responsible for conducting internal audits and special reviews.

 

Treasury

 

Responsible for treasury management, accounts receivable collections, accounts payable, real estate, corporate insurance, debt issuance, and residual market finance.

Facilities

Manages the company’s headquarters facilities.
