Manages relationships with affiliate customers by providing product and service recommendations, including training and information on our online services and tools.
Processes 50,000–70,000 workers compensation insurance applications annually to determine employer eligibility, while also managing requests from producers, employers, carriers, and regulators.
Handles more than 300,000 calls and 60,000 emails every year in support of more than 900 insurance companies, agents, brokers, and reinsurers.
Produces experience rating modifications for more than 650,000 employers, which are used in the calculation of insurance premiums, and responds to escalated customer service issues as needed.
Manages a product line of 25 of the most valued products and solutions offered to industry stakeholders and leads projects that introduce new offerings or enhance existing products.
