Risk History Report allows you to compare and review up to five years of payroll data and claim counts from NCCI databases for both rated and unrated businesses. It allows you to make a more informed decision in assessing the accurate premium for your risk.
The
Risk History Report provides payroll and claim information by class code (including audited payroll if available).
To access a
Risk History Report for a risk, you must be the carrier of record for that risk or have a valid letter of authority on file.
This tool:
