GENERAL INFORMATION

Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA)
NCCI’s hub for Terrorism Risk Insurance Act information, including federal reports and studies, bills, and hearings, among other related content.
Federal Insurance Office (FIO) & Advisory Committees
The Federal Insurance Office site provides policy issue updates, TRIA information, committee recommendations, as well as other insurance-related matters.
Federal Advisory Committee on Insurance (FACI): Meetings
The Federal Advisory Committee on Insurance is an advisory committee for public and private insurance sector stakeholders.
United States Department of Labor (USDOL)
Federal agency with jurisdiction over labor-related areas with a connection to workers compensation insurance including federal programs, OSHA, and employee classification.
Division of Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation (DLHWC)
Federal program that provides coverage to certain individuals working in or around waterways.
Division of Coal Mine Workers' Compensation (DCMWC)
Federal program that provides coverage to certain individuals working in the mining industry.
