A: We understand that individual situations occur that may require you to cancel your registration. NCCI’s cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made on or before January 10, 2025, are eligible for a full refund of registration fees paid
- Cancellations made from January 11, 2025, to January 17, 2025, are eligible for a refund of the registration fees; however, a $150 processing fee will be deducted
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for registration.

A: NCCI recommends business casual attire for DNP 2025 sessions and the welcome reception. It may be a good idea to bring a sweater or jacket for the cooler temperatures in the classrooms.

Q: What is the hotel cancellation policy?
A: The Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center has a 24-hour cancellation policy for hotel room reservations. Any reservations cancelled within 24 hours before your hotel reservation start date will incur a one-night room and tax penalty to the credit card on file.
Q: What is the closest/recommended airport?
A: The Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is 25 miles from the hotel property, and Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 26 miles from the hotel property. The hotel does not provide shuttle service.
Q: Is there a hotel shuttle available at the airport?
A: No. The Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center does not provide a shuttle to or from the airport. But taxis and ride-sharing options are available at both the airport and the hotel.
