Aggregate Data Quality Incentive Program (ADQIP) Changes
Financial Call Edits Subject to ADQIP
Starting with valuation December 31, 2024, additional Financial Call edits related to the following Calls will be included in
ADQIP:
- Call #1—Calendar Year Call for Workers Compensation Net Direct Written Premium
- Call #10—Schedule Rating and Other Prospective Premium Adjustments
- Call #10T—Texas—Policy Year Call for Schedule Rating Modifications
Edits subject to
ADQIP are marked with a “Yes” in column H of the Financial Call Edit Matrix.
ADQIP Assessments
- The
Financial Call data/Unit Statistical Data (Fin/Stat) assessment for each state has increased to $2,500 (from $2,000) for any reporting discrepancies that remain unresolved by February 15 of the following year. If this date falls on a weekend or national holiday, the due date will be the next business day before midnight Eastern Time.
- NCCI will begin assessing $2,500 for unresolved Designated Statistical Reporting (DSR) discrepancies with the December 31, 2024, valuation in 2026. In 2025, NCCI will provide a preview of the assessments for any unresolved discrepancies for the December 31, 2023, valuation.
Financial Call Reporting Guidebook
The
Financial Call Reporting Guidebook updates was released in Fourth Quarter 2024. The guidebook contains the following updates:
- New effective dates for DSR levels
- The edit matrices and Change Tracking Guides have been relocated in a new page titled
Edit Matrix Access, which is located right under the Manual in PDF Format heading in each manual with a matrix
- The Reporting Workflow Key Steps, located in Part 3 of the
Financial Call Reporting Guidebook, has been updated to incorporate the
Message Center via
Financial Data Collection
- Starting with valuation December 31, 2024, Calls #1, #10, and #10T are subject to
ADQIP assessments for quality

quick start guide to become familiar with the components of the enhanced home page.

FDC was also enhanced with:
- Consolidated Edits and Notifications screens
- Improved Deviations screen with simpler functionality and data display
