Pool Indemnification Management System (PIMS) is a web-based tool that allows servicing carriers of NCCI managed Reinsurance Pools to view, submit, and update reinsurance pool indemnification matters pursuant to the quota share reinsurance agreements and various pool governing documents

This tool allows you to:

  • View indemnification matters
  • Submit a new indemnification request for approval
  • Request subsequent fee bill reimbursements on approved matters
  • Provide Quarterly Status Updates
  • Run and print various reports

This tool is available to servicing carriers for the National, Massachusetts, Michigan, and New Mexico Pools.
