OIS is NCCI's Online Invoice Service application that provides NCCI customers with the opportunity to manage their NCCI invoices online.

Highlights

  • Obtain specific detail information on charges
  • Pay invoices and obtain information on all past online payments
  • Learn about different pricing methodologies
  • Download invoices into Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet format
  • Print invoices in summary or detail format
  • Request the use of Unapplied Cash and/or Credit on account
  • Obtain information/cancel product subscriptions that are pending renewal
  • Access a glossary of terms to help you understand your invoice charges
  • Search for invoice transactions using options which include date range and product code
  • If you find a discrepancy on an invoice, you may dispute it by clicking the Dispute function
  • Obtain past invoice dispute information
