This report provides the filing status and selected details for recent voluntary loss cost/rate filings. This information is shown by state for the states in which NCCI provides ratemaking services. Note that a separate tab is included for each rate filing season, beginning with the 2013–2014 rate filing season.
Updates to this report will be provided during the first full week of each month.

These files detail the calculations underlying certain components of the expenses that will be included as applicable in loss cost and rate filings. An adjusting and other expense provision is included in states where NCCI files voluntary rates or loss costs that contain loss adjustment expense. General and production expenses are included in states where NCCI files voluntary rates. This analysis is updated annually.
