Texas Detailed Claim Information Statistical Plan.
FYI-POC-NH-2021-01—New Hampshire-Proof of Coverage Update—Number of Employees: Announced that the New Hampshire Department of Labor no longer requires the Number of Employees data element through NCCI’s
Proof of Coverage (POC) service.
FYI-DR-2021-01—Data Reporting—NAIC Data Call Related to Terrorism Risk Insurance Coverage: Provided updated on NCCI’s continued coordination efforts to serve as a pass-through for the NAIC Data Call for NCCI states and the independent state rating bureaus, except California and New York.
FYI-DR-2021-02—Data Reporting—2021 Provisions for Workers Compensation Terrorism Data—Federal Insurance Office (FIO) Section 111 of TRIPRA of 2015, extended in the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2019: Announced that NCCI will continue to coordinate with the FIO and independent bureaus and monopolistic fund states to provide the workers compensation portion of FIO’s data collection provision.
POLS-2021-01—Policy—Policy Data Reporting Requirements: Clarified Policy data reporting requirements for Estimated Exposure Amount, Estimated Premium Amount, Estimated State Standard Premium Total, and Manual/Charged Rate. It provided further clarification on Merit Rating Programs, F-Classification Codes, Expense Constant Amount, and Matching Policy Key Fields.
