Tim Tucker, Executive Director—Legislative & Government Affairs in the Regulatory Division of NCCI, represents NCCI before Congress and federal agencies by providing insights and information on the impact of legislative and regulatory initiatives on the workers compensation system.
Mr. Tucker most recently served in various leadership and government relations roles with the National Conference of Insurance Legislators (NCOIL), the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America (IIABA), and the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO).
Mr. Tucker earned his master’s in public administration from the State University of New York at Brockport and a bachelor of arts in communication management from the University of Dayton. He is also designated as a Workers Compensation Professional (WCP).
