As a state relations executive, Terri Robinson is responsible for NCCI's regulatory and legislative affairs, including rate/loss cost filings, legislative pricings, rule and form filings, appeals mechanisms, and residual market issues.
Prior to joining NCCI in 1995, Robinson worked at Florida Power & Light. She has also served in various roles at NCCI, including Government, Consumer, and Industry Affairs director and National Policy Development executive. Robinson is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in industrial engineering.
