Susan Schulte, State Relations Executive—DOL in NCCI’s Regulatory Division, is responsible for regulatory affairs concerning Medical data and Proof of Coverage in all NCCI states.
Prior to joining NCCI in 2008, Ms. Schulte was manager of the property and casualty section for the Missouri Department of Insurance, where she served on several committees at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). Ms. Schulte’s extensive knowledge of the insurance industry includes underwriting, marketing, agency management, product regulation, market conduct, and consumer protection.
Ms. Schulte earned her BA from Columbia College in criminal justice and government.
