Stephanie Paswaters, State Relations Executive, is responsible for NCCI’s regulatory and legislative affairs, including rate/loss cost filings, legislative pricings, rule and form filings , appeals mechanisms, and residual market issues.
Prior to joining NCCI in 2018, Ms. Paswaters was with the Colorado Insurance Department for 20 years and most recently served as its director of property and casualty. Additionally, she was a member of the division of workers compensation cost containment board.
Ms. Paswaters earned her BS in accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver (formerly Metropolitan State College of Denver) and is designated as a Workers Compensation Professional (WCP).
