Dawn Ingham, State Relations Executive, is responsible for NCCI’s regulatory and legislative affairs, including rate/loss cost filings, legislative pricings, rule and form filings, appeals mechanisms, and residual market issues.
Since joining NCCI in 1995, Ms. Ingham has worked in various departments, including Customer Operations, Residual Markets, Regulatory Assurance, and State Relations.
Ms. Ingham graduated from Florida Atlantic University with BBA degrees in finance and accounting. In addition, she is designated as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), an Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and a Workers Compensation Professional (WCP).
