As an affiliate services executive, Ann O’Connell is the primary executive contact for member affiliates headquartered in the New England territory. Her responsibilities include communicating industry issues and trends, NCCI initiatives, and product and services updates.
Ann has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. She has worked for two insurance companies, an insurance software company, and an insurance agency. She joined NCCI in 1996 and worked in the Data Resources Division and the Products & Services Department before joining Affiliate Services.
Ann has a masters of science degree in computer information systems from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts.
