Susan Lee is the Chief Human Resources Officer of NCCI.
In this role, Ms. Lee leads the organization’s efforts in attracting, developing, and retaining employees. She oversees all facets of talent management such as talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent development, organization development, performance management, company culture, succession planning, HR systems, recognition, and employee activities.
Ms. Lee comes to NCCI from human resources at Amazon in Seattle, WA. She has held various human resources positions in her career at Hallmark Cards, Inc., Deloitte Consulting, H&R Block Financial Advisors, Black & Veatch, and General Electric. She graduated from William Jewell College with a degree in business administration and psychology, then completed her MBA at the University of Missouri in Kansas City.
