Mark Mileusnic is the Chief Customer Operations Officer of NCCI.
Mr. Mileusnic joined NCCI in 2006 to lead its Customer Operations Division as the primary point of contact for NCCI’s customers, including insurers, state funds, self-insurers, and agents. The Customer Operations Team includes Affiliate Services, Product Management, Experience Rating Production, Assigned Risk, and Customer Service.
Mr. Mileusnic is also responsible for NCCI’s Regulatory Division, including relationships with insurance departments, labor departments, and other rating bureaus, legislative engagement, and residual market administration. Through direct engagement with customers, his teams drive customer satisfaction and value for stakeholders.
Prior to joining NCCI, Mr. Mileusnic spent 20 years with the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies in a variety of management positions around the world, including postings to Europe, the Asia Pacific region, and India, where he established and ran company operations.
Mr. Mileusnic graduated from Purdue University with a BS degree in business management and marketing. He has also attended the University of Michigan’s Global Program for Management Development, Harvard Business School’s Leadership Best Practices, and the University of Chicago’s Strategic Business Leadership program. He holds designations as an Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) and as a Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU).
Mr. Mileusnic is a trustee and board member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce.
