Mark Mileusnic is the Chief Customer Operations Officer of NCCI.
Mark joined NCCI in 2006 to lead its Customer Operations Division as the primary point of contact for NCCI’s customers. He and his team are responsible for delivering tools, information, and services to carriers, state funds, self-insurers, and agents. Through direct engagement with customers, his team drives customer satisfaction and creates tangible value for stakeholders.
The Customer Operations team includes Affiliate Services, Product Management, Experience Rating Production, Assigned Risk and the Customer Service Call Center.
Prior to joining NCCI, Mark spent 20 years with the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies in a variety of management positions around the world, including postings to Europe, the Asia Pacific region, and India, where he established and ran company operations.
Mark graduated from Purdue University with a BS degree in business management and marketing. He has also attended the University of Michigan’s Global Program for Management Development, Harvard Business School’s Leadership Best Practices, and the University of Chicago’s Strategic Business Leadership program. Mark holds designations as an Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) and as a Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU).
Mark is both a Trustee and Board Member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and a Leadership Advisory Council Member for The Place of Hope—a child welfare organization serving Palm Beach County.
