Court Case Insights interactive dashboard, which provides a nationwide view of court cases reported by NCCI's Legal Team that may impact the workers compensation system.

Court Case Insights is a comprehensive compilation of all cases that have been reported by NCCI’s legal team to the industry," said Megan Grant, General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer. “Designed with our stakeholders in mind, this interactive tool provides stakeholders with insights and information to navigate the evolving legal landscape.”
The
Court Case Insights dashboard is intuitive, easy to use, and can help answer key questions, such as:
- How many court cases related to marijuana have been reported on by NCCI nationwide?
- What kinds of cases are occurring within the southwest region of the country?
- How many recent court cases have involved constitutional challenges?
The enhanced dashboard enables access to court cases by state, court, or year and provides a detailed view of case summaries—all available in one central source.
