NCCI's New Mexico Workers' Compensation Assigned Risk Pool Manual (NMARPM) contains New Mexico-specific rules for assigned risk policies. NMARPM applies in New Mexico effective July 1, 2011 for new and renewal assigned risk policies.

NMARPM is intended to be used in conjunction with other NCCI manuals and other jurisdiction's manuals, including but not limited to NCCI's:

  • Basic Manual for Workers Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance
  • Assigned Risk Supplement to the Basic Manual for Workers Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance
  • Servicing Carrier Reference Guide
  • Residual Market Manual for Workers Compensation and Emloyers Liability Insurance
