Our Strategy & Communications Team is formed by experienced communicators, strategists, marketers, and creative professionals who help shape the internal and external brand of NCCI. This team is comprised of several key departments who work together collaboratively.

Corporate Communications



Provides on-demand resources and information for employees about NCCI's business, culture, and general company news.

Creative Services

Provides a range of artistic and innovative solutions to meet our design, branding, and marketing needs.


Enterprise Risk Management



Facilitates an enterprise-wide process that enables NCCI to pursue its strategic mission and vision while identifying, controlling, and mitigating risks.

Marketing & Communications Technology

Develops and delivers comprehensive, integrated solutions; oversees ncci.com website management; manages all communications, event technology, and social media strategy.


Meetings & Events


Plans and executes in-person meetings, both on-site at NCCI's headquarters and externally.

Strategy & Innovation

Sets the organization’s strategy and enables the innovation mindset that helps ensure its success.


Thought Leadership & Media


Provides a holistic approach to amplifying NCCI’s Thought Leadership and connection to stakeholders through external communications and media.

Video Technology & Production

Develops video and motion graphics content for projects internally and externally.
