The following items have been added or updated:
- 
         Arizona Membership Organization Premium Credit
 Employers qualifying under 
         Arizona Statute § 23–961 may receive a premium credit of up to 5%. This credit is reflected in Net, Company Standard, and DSR Level Premium.
- 
         Experience Rating Modifications: Oregon Group Supplemental Experience Rating Plan (OGSERP)
 Updated the applicability of OGSERP to Company Standard and DSR Level Premium when the DSR Level is Rates.
- 
         Vermont Logging Safety Training Company Premium Credit Program
 Allows a 50% premium credit for eligible employers with employees who perform logging safety training exclusively. These adjustments are included in Net, Company Standard, and DSR Level Premium.
- 
         New Hampshire Certified Loggers Premium Credit Program
 Provides logger employers with a 5% premium credit when they receive a safety certification through either the New Hampshire Professional Loggers Program (NHPLP) or Trust to Conserve Northeast Forestlands (TCNEF). These adjustments are included in Net, Company Standard, and DSR Level Premium.
      Financial Call Edit
          
 
      
A new data quality edit will be implemented effective January 1, 2026, applicable to all valuations for only Call #31—Large Loss and Catastrophe and Call #33—Virginia Coal Mine Large Loss and Catastrophe. The new edit will check for claims with accident dates after the reported valuation date.
For claims to be accepted for a reported valuation date, their accident dates should be equal to or prior to the reported valuation date. If this edit applies to your data, a correction is expected.
New Edit #3146 will be added to the Edit Matrix upon release of the 
         
            Financial Call Reporting Guidebook.

Home Page Edit Graph—New!
A new feature has been released on the 
         
            FDC home page, the 
         Edit Graph! This enhancement provides you with a visual summary of your company’s outstanding edits. Explore the new feature by selecting these two key categories:
- 
            Open: An explanation has not yet been provided
- 
            Rejected: The edit was returned by your validator as a notification
Select a state to view additional details about your edits and use the information provided to respond or address outstanding items efficiently in the Edits Notifications Search.  If there are no outstanding edits that require your attention, the graphic will display “No Results Found.”

Aggregate Data Quality Incentive Program (ADQIP)
          
 
      
New Assessment Category—Designated Statistical Reporting (DSR) Analysis Assessment
Beginning in 2026, NCCI will be assessing $2,500 for unresolved Full-Year Designated Statistical Reporting Analysis discrepancies with the December 31, 2024, valuation.
This assessment is applicable by state for discrepancies between the Policy Year Call and Unit Statistical premium data that are not resolved by February 15 of the following year. If this date falls on a weekend or national holiday, the due date will be the next business day before midnight Eastern time.

Financial Data Reporting—Recommended Workflow
To support high-quality and timely submissions, enhancements have been made to the recommended workflow:
- 
            Updated key steps: Clearer guidance is provided on critical steps that help reduce the number of edits invoked during submission. These improvements also support mitigation of 
            
               Aggregated Data Quality Incentive Program quality assessments.

            Workflow enhancements: 
            - Clarifications have been added to improve understanding of each step
- Deviation values now support 
                  three decimal places, allowing for more precise reporting and validation
 
Data Reports
A listing of Customer-Generated Reports has been added to the guidebook. These reports reflect the results of your Financial Call submissions and are viewable directly within the 
         
            Financial Data Collection tool.
Tax and Assessment
The following states were updated or added in the Tax and Assessments Directory:
- Pennsylvania was added to provide the treatment for Pennsylvania-specific taxes and fund assessments
- Texas was revised to update the Texas surcharges
- Utah was updated to add the new Utah Workers’ Compensation Tax
      Data Now Program (DNP) 2026 
          
 
      
NCCI’s 
         
            DNP 2026 is scheduled for January 27–29, 2026, and will be held on-site in Boca Raton, FL. Hands-on training and instructor-led courses will be offered on Financial Call reporting rules and reporting tools.
