A: We understand that individual situations occur that may require you to cancel your registration. NCCI’s cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made on or before January 9, 2026, are eligible for a full refund of registration fees paid
- Cancellations made from January 10 to January 16, 2026, are eligible for a refund of the registration fees; however, a $150 processing fee will be deducted
- Cancellations made after January 16, 2026, including event no-shows, are not eligible for a refund
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for registration.

A: The Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center has a 24-hour cancellation policy for hotel room reservations. Any reservations cancelled within 24 hours before your hotel reservation start date will incur a one-night room and tax penalty to the credit card on file.

A: The Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is 25 miles from the hotel property, and Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 26 miles from the hotel property. The hotel does not provide a shuttle service.
