General Login
To log in to
ncci.com, a user ID is required. If you do not have one, please contact NCCI's Customer Service Center at 800-622-4123.
Once you've been issued a user ID by Customer Service, a time-sensitive link will be sent to the email address you have on file. The link will provide you with the ability to view your system-generated user ID with the option to personalize the ID and create your password.
Please do not share your user ID or password with coworkers. Each employee should have a unique ID.

Forgot User ID?

- Click the
Forgot User ID? link in the Login box
- Enter your email address
- Click
Submit
A time-sensitive link will be issued to the email address on file. The link will allow you to view your user ID.

Forgot Password/Reset Password
- Click

- Click the
Forgot Password/Reset Password link in the Login box
- Enter your user ID and email address
- Click
Submit
A time-sensitive link will be issued to the email address on file. You will then be required to enter your user ID and create a new password. The new password must differ from your five previous passwords by at least three characters.

Change User ID Requirements
NCCI allows you to change your system-generated user ID. The new user IDs:
- Must be 6 to 20 characters long
- May contain letters or letters/numbers
- Are not case-sensitive

Password Requirements
To log in to
ncci.com, a user ID and password are required. Passwords:
- Must contain 8 to 10 alphanumeric characters
- Must contain at least two alpha and two numeric characters
- Special characters are not permitted
- Are case-sensitive

Security Verification
For your security, you will be prompted to complete our verification process every 90 days. Upon login to ncci.com, a time-sensitive link will be issued to the email address on file, prompting you to complete the verification process. After selecting the link, you will be asked to review your contact information. If you did not attempt to log in and you receive a verification email, we recommend that you reset your password through the Forgot Password/Reset Password link on the login screen.
