Q: How do I register for the Residual Market Forum (RMF) 2025?
A: Customers interested in attending RMF 2025 should submit their business contact information by emailing RMF@ncci.com. Once verified, eligible customers will receive an email invitation from NCCI_Programs@ncci.com with a link to register for RMF 2025.
Q: After completing the registration, will I receive a confirmation email?
A: Yes, after you complete the registration process you will receive a confirmation email, which will include a link to book your hotel. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder for an email from NCCI_Programs@ncci.com.
Q: Where can I view my registration information?
A: To view your registration information click here and select "already registered." You will need to enter your email address and registration confirmation number. If you do not have your registration confirmation number, click "forgot your confirmation number."
Q: How do I modify my registration for the event?

Q: How do I transfer my registration to someone else?
A: Registrations cannot be transferred. Cancel your registration if you are unable to attend.

Q: What is the weather like in Delray Beach in March?
A: Temperatures in South Florida can range from low 80s at the peak of the day to the high 60s in the evening. It is advisable to plan for warmer weather and keep hydrated while outdoors.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: NCCI recommends business casual attire for RMF 2025 sessions and the welcome reception. It may be a good idea to bring a sweater or jacket for the cooler temperatures inside the session ballroom.
Hotel and Travel Information
Q: When and how can I book my hotel room?
A: A hotel reservation link will be included in your confirmation email once you've registered for RMF 2025. Click here for additional hotel information. For regulators, your State Relations Executive (SRE) will contact you to coordinate your hotel reservation and travel arrangements. If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact your SRE directly or call NCCI's Customer Service at 800-NCCI-123 (800-622-4123), option 7.
Q: What is the hotel cancellation policy?
A: The Opal Grand Oceanfront Resort & Spa has a cancellation policy for hotel room reservations. Any reservations cancelled within three days of your arrival date will incur a one-night room and tax penalty to the credit card on file.
Q: What are the closest recommended airports?
A: There are two recommended airports based on flight availability and/or your travel needs. Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is 32.9 miles from the hotel property and Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 18.5 miles from the hotel property.
Q: Is there a hotel shuttle available at the airport?
A: No. The Opal Grand Oceanfront Resort & Spa does not provide a shuttle to or from either airport. Taxis and ride-sharing options are available at airport and hotel locations.
Q: Is parking available at the hotel?
A: For guest rooms booked inside the RMF 2025 room block, Opal Grand Oceanfront Resort & Spa offers valet parking ONLY. For reservations booked inside the RMF 2025 room block, valet parking is $20 per day, plus tax.
Q: How do I request an accessible guest room in the RMF 2025 room block?
A: Please book an available guest room within the room block using the link in your confirmation email, noting specific requirements in the comments section of the reservation field or call an Opal Grand reservationist about your request.
Q: Is there a resort fee added to my guest room rate in the RMF 2025 room block?
A: You will see a resort fee listed on your emailed confirmation from the hotel. Unfortunately, this cannot be removed, but please be assured the resort fee has been waived for the RMF 2025 room block.
