Earn Credits for Participating
Premium Credit for Kansas Residual Market Policyholders
Workers compensation residual market policyholders who attend this seminar may be eligible for a 5% premium credit toward a new or renewal residual market policy that is:
- Subject to a maximum credit of $250
- Effective from January 1 to December 31, 2019
The attendee must be an officer, partner, sole proprietor, or employee who administers workplace safety programs in order for the employer to receive this credit.
The assigned carrier will determine the employer’s eligibility for the premium credit at the time the final premium audit is processed, and it will be applied as of the inception date of the eligible policy. The premium credit will not reduce the final premium below the minimum premium applicable to the policy.
Continuing Education Credit for Kansas Licensed Agents
Kansas licensed agents (residents only) who attend the seminar will earn 3 property/casualty continuing education credits—which NCCI will electronically report to the state—and receive a certificate of attendance. A resident agent license number is required for electronic reporting.
You are not eligible to receive credits if you participated in 2018 or are a nonresident licensed agent. Nonresident licensed agents may not use this seminar for out-of-state continuing education credits.
