It’s time for current and future workers compensation servicing carriers and direct assignment carriers to register for the NCCI Residual Market Forum (formerly NCCI’s Assigned Carrier Conference). Servicing Carrier Selection Process States

States scheduled to conduct NCCI’s servicing carrier selection process in 2019 include Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, District of Columbia, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Note: Subject to change.

Preconference Training

NCCI will make preconference training available prior to the event. We will notify registered attendees when the webinars are available online. Note that servicing carrier precertification requires completing the online modules along with attending the Residual Market Forum.

Registration Fees

There is no registration fee for regulators and Plan participants or their contracted vendors. The registration fee for non-Plan participants is $300.*

Dress Code

Dress code for this event is business casual. Meeting rooms can get cold, so we recommend a jacket or sweater.

*Plan participants are insurers participating, by state, in NCCI’s Workers Compensation Insurance Plan (Plan) as: (1) Association Members (insurers subscribing to the NWCRA Bylaws and providing reinsurance to servicing carriers assigned to eligible employers under the Plan), and/or (2) Assigned Carriers (direct assignment carriers or servicing carriers providing workers compensation insurance to eligible employers assigned to them under NCCI’s Plan).
