Servicing Carrier Selection Process States

States scheduled to conduct NCCI’s servicing carrier selection process in 2019 include Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, District of Columbia, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Note: Subject to change.

Preconference Training

Preconference training is now available online. Note that servicing carrier precertification requires completing the online modules along with attending the Residual Market Forum.

Registration Fees

There is no registration fee for regulators and Plan participants or their contracted vendors. The registration fee for non-Plan participants is $300.*

Dress Code

Dress code for this event is business casual. Meeting rooms can get cold, so we recommend a jacket or sweater.
