This learning event will be held Tuesday, January 31, through Friday, February 3, at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, FL. Our theme, Collaborating for Data Reporting Success, will set the stage for the upcoming program.

This year's keynote speaker is Bill Donnell, president and chief executive officer of NCCI. Watch his presentation at Tuesday's General Session and get insights and updates on the workers compensation industry.

Whether you’re new or experienced in data reporting, you’ll benefit from attending any of the classes offered during this 3½-day learning event. Create your own agenda with the various instructional and hands-on classes designed to help you more effectively report data to NCCI.

  • NCCI’s online data reporting tools, data manuals, circulars, and
  • New data reporting topics such as state-level nonrenewals, Experience Rating Split Data, financial data comparisons, WCPOLS data file submissions, DCI data quality observations, deductible programs, and medical marijuana
  • Electronic reporting requirements, transactions, records, and coding values
  • Technical topics such as DSR level premium, claim components, expected DCI claims and medical transactions, federal coverages, wrap-ups, subrogation recovery, audit noncompliance charges, pharmacy benefit manager, and terrorism premium
  • State reporting requirements for POC compliance, Unit Statistical data, and PEO arrangements
  • Editing processes, error reports, and data quality programs
