Preparing for the 2020 Financial Call Reporting Season
The 2020 Financial Call season will not include any significant reporting changes.
The
Financial Call Reporting Guidebook was published in November 2019. Some examples of enhancements:
- Changes to the Data Quality Compliance Program section
- Revision to the Premium Components Summary Chart for Illinois Employee Leasing Rating Adjustment and Hawaii Safety Premium Credit
- Updates regarding when to exclude experience from a Call submission
The
Financial Data Collection tool has been enhanced to combine the completion of the:
- Self-Audit Checklist
- Self-Audit Additional Details
- Acknowledgment for attesting to the completeness and accuracy of your financial data
By combining these components, the Financial Data Compliance Form will now be submitted and signed electronically in lieu of hard copy or fax.
In March, NCCI will announce the availability of extended customer support to assist you in reporting your Financial Call data for the 2020 season.

The Times, They Are a Changin’
We are enhancing the way that we will offer training opportunities to our data reporters. The team at NCCI has researched how individuals learn best and will be modernizing our webinars on the modules for the various data types.
Here are some of the things you can expect:
- NCCI experts sharing their knowledge
- Shorter in length
- Video style
- Reduced emphasis on PowerPoint
We always welcome the feedback of our data providers. If you have ideas for our training, either topics or techniques, please send them to
