New Pool Financial Data Collection Tool!
As early as Second Quarter 2020, there will be a new way to report your quarterly Pool Data. The reporting of this data will be modernized with enhanced screens, expanded functionality, and streamlined edit view and response capabilities. The
Pool Financial Data Collection tool will include:

- Graphic representation of expected data
- Summary of submitted data
- Direct access to your edits and data
- Centralized access to all quarterly Pool-related data
- Ability to upload detailed spreadsheets
- Attachment of the signed transmittal directly into the tool
Improved Functionality
- Management of Data
- No data locking—you will be able to work with your data between submission and due date
- Ability to delete and replace records or files
- Online entry of transmittal letter values
- Reporting of your data submitted in a single file or in separate files
- Editing and Validation
- More up-front editing and less post-submission validation
- Ability to carry forward historical explanations
- Rewritten and reformatted edits with improved descriptions
