Presentations Available—2010 Data Educational Programs

NCCI’s 2010 Data Educational programs—Data Reporting Fundamentals and Data Provider Forum were held January 26 through January 29, 2010 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. Approximately 300 attendees received education on the latest data reporting processes and tools, designed to make data reporting more accurate, timely, and efficient.

The Data Reporting Fundamentals program was geared to new/novice data reporters looking to “Learn the Ropes” of data reporting requirements. Classes were provided on the fundamentals of reporting Policy/Proof of Coverage, Units, Financial Calls, Detailed Claim Information data and the upcoming Medical Data Call.

The Data Provider Forum covered topics on the latest data reporting initiatives, data quality updates, and current regulatory environment. The theme “Connect the Dots” provided a variety of classes on challenging issues, technical subjects, and reporting concepts.
