| Unit Report Control (URC) |
The URC program monitors the timely submission of unit reports. Intrastate unit reports submitted directly to the North Carolina Rate Bureau are not subject to the URC program. Please refer to the Unit Statistical Reporting Guidebook online at ncci.com for additional information about these programs.
