February 2010: Extended Support for Financial Call Data Reporting—NCCI is providing extended support to assist you in the reporting of your Financial Call data for this 2010 reporting season. The following chart displays the time frames of our extended support:

November 2009: - Call #16 Elimination—The Maine Escrow Account Call has been eliminated for the 2010 reporting season. Also, the reference to Call #16 in the Aggregate Data Quality Incentive Program circular, CALLS-2009-03, no longer applies.
The 2010 edition of the Reporting Guidebook for the Annual Calls for Experience no longer includes Call #16 reporting instructions.
- Reporting Guidebook for the Annual Calls for Experience—The online version of the 2010 edition of this guidebook (Financial Call Guidebook) is now available on ncci.com. This guidebook is a complete source for Financial Call reporting rules and requirements, including additional supporting information, such as:
- Recommended workflow for use with Financial Calls Online (FCOL)
- Electronic import record layout instructions
- Online Financial Call Edit Matrix
- Data quality compliance programs applicable to Financial Calls
The key changed items are listed in the Preface Summary of the guidebook.
- Aggregate Data Quality Incentive Program (ADQIP)—For the 2010 Financial Call Season —This circular, CALLS-2009-03, highlights the changes to the program for 2010 reporting, including the additional Calls subject to ADQIP for timeliness.
- Policy Year 2009 Designated Statistical Reporting (DSR) Levels—This circular, CALLS-2009-04 , provides information about submitting your company’s loss cost multiplier (LCM), and its attachment contains the effective dates per state for 2009 DSR levels.
- For submitting approved LCM/rate deviation information, our recommended option, described as Option #1 in the circular, is to enter the required information directly into Financial Calls Online (FCOL).
- Alternatively, you can use the downloadable Microsoft® Word form,
described as Option #2 in the circular, and submit it via e-mail to NCCI’s Financial Data Validation Department (LCM_filings@ncci.com.)
- Update to the 2010 Due Date Schedule—The schedule now includes information on Calls subject to ADQIP

- Register for 2010 Data Reporting Fundamentals and Data Provider Forum—Refer to our 2010 Data Educational Programs article for available program and registration information
- Updated Record Layout Instructions and Import Template Files—22 of the 23 Financial Calls (Call #6 is hard copy only) can be imported into Financial Calls Online (FCOL) ; the updated files are as follows:
- FCOL Import Record Layouts
—The record layouts file provides you with the actual import record layouts for each of the Calls supported by Financial Calls Online (FCOL) .
- FCOL Import Template
—This template provides you with a spreadsheet that can be used to populate your Financial Call data and subsequently import the data. Instructions on how to use this import template are contained within the spreadsheet.

- 2010 Season Preview Circular—This circular ( CALLS-2009-02) highlights the changes for the upcoming Financial Call reporting season. It also includes information on the continuation of the previously expanded ratemaking Calls, applicability of Data Quality Compliance Programs, planned updates for Financial Calls Online (FCOL), and the Reporting Schedule.
